1. Services Provided:
• The shipping company agrees to provide mobile transfer services to the customer as specified in the contract.
• Services include the transportation, delivery, and, if applicable, assembly or disassembly of mobile items.( chargeable )
2. Booking and Scheduling:
• The customer is responsible for providing accurate details of the items to be transferred.
• The shipping company will schedule the service based on availability and agreed timelines.
3. Pricing and Payment:
• The total cost will be determined based on the size, weight, and distance of the items to be transferred.
• Payment terms, including deposit requirements and final payment deadlines, will be outlined in the contract.
4. Packaging and parking :
• The customer is responsible for adequately packaging the items to be transferred unless packing services are explicitly included in the contract.
• The customer is sole responsible for providing proper parking spot for moving truck, thus the lack of parking spot needs a 48 hours notice to primary moving booking agent.
5. Insurance:
• The shipping company will provide insurance coverage for the items during the transfer process.
• The customer is encouraged to review the insurance policy and communicate any concerns before the transfer.
6. Liability:
• The shipping company will not be liable for damages caused by inadequate packaging done by the customer.
• Any damages occurring during the transfer due to the shipping company's negligence will be covered by the provided insurance.
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
• The customer may cancel or reschedule the service with a specified notice period.
• The shipping company reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for cancellations made within a 48 hours timeframe.
8. Force Majeure:
• The shipping company is not liable for delays or failure to perform its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or - government actions.
9. Confidentiality:
• Both parties agree to keep any confidential information obtained during the provision of services confidential and not disclose it to third parties.
10. Governing Law:
- This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia .
11. Dispute Resolution:
- Any disputes arising from this contract will be resolved through mediation or arbitration, as outlined in the contract.
12. Termination:
- Either party may terminate this contract in the event of a material breach by the other party, with proper notice.
13. Amendments:
- Any amendments to this contract must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this contract.
Late Payment Interest Clause:
Payment Due Date:
• The invoice for the provided services is due on after completion of the service .
Late Payment Interest:
• In the event that the payment is not received by the 48 hours after the due date, the customer agrees to pay daily interest on the outstanding balance at a rate of 9.99%.
Calculation of Interest:
• Interest will accrue on a daily basis, calculated from the day following the due date until the day full payment is received.
Notification of Interest Charges:
• The shipping company will notify the customer in writing of the outstanding balance and the daily interest charges applied.
Payment Allocation:
• Payments received will be applied first to outstanding interest charges and then to the principal amount.
Appointment Booking Terms and Conditions
Statement Acknowledgment:
• By booking an appointment with primary moving , you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
Cancellation Policy:
• A minimum notice of 48 hours is required for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

• Please arrive promptly for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment duration, and the full service fee will still apply.

• primary moving reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. Every effort will be made to provide advance notice and reschedule at the earliest convenience.
Customer Conduct:
• Respectful and appropriate conduct is expected during appointments. primary moving reserves the right to terminate an appointment if the customer's behavior is deemed inappropriate or disrespectful.
By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
